They all have one thing in common. They come from people who have broken down due to external or internal crises.

Of course, we currently have challenging and challenging times to master. But such problems have existed in every generation. And in each generation there were also people who, despite adverse circumstances and insecurity, created a real success story. Above all, you need these four things: motivation and courage, love for yourself – and the right strategies.

Three strategies help

Do you love cinema? You may know that many of Hollywood’s blockbusters have been built around the traditional hero’s journey structure. In this style of storytelling, developed independently in all cultures of the world, the heroine or hero must overcome some dark internal and / or external obstacles in order to conquer the Holy Grail.

Success begins in the mind. Hollywood and real-life heroes have one thing in common: the genuine willingness and tenacity to achieve their goals. Don’t be fooled. It doesn’t matter if you’re aiming for the next milestone in your career, if you want to lose 20 pounds or if you want to venture into self-employment – don’t let frustration, negative experiences, warnings from others or your inner bastard hold back. 3. Learn resilience

Resilience is the ability not to let yourself be beaten down by the adversities of life, to make the necessary changes of direction and to develop successful strategies.
