Close Free2Play MMORPG is back online

In July 2022, the MMORPG Echo of Soul was closed as the contract between publisher Gamigo and developer Nvius expired. Now a new publisher is taking over the game.

“Echo of Soul” is now called “Echo of Soul Ragnarok” and will be marketed by publisher Papaya Play. It has been back online for a few days and starts with numerous launch events. Players will receive login rewards and various buffs every day of the week.

The MMORPG already existed in several versions. It originally appeared in 2013, but went offline in Korea in 2015. In the west it ended in 2020, was taken over by Gamigo, and then disappeared again 2 years later. Now Echo of Soul is back.

Players can pick up where they left off

If you want to continue playing with your previous characters, you can transfer the data from Gamigo to the new publisher. Papaya Play has created a transfer portal especially for this. You can transfer your account details there until October 31st.

There are also rewards for it. If you transfer your account to Papaya Play, you will receive a premium package, a Pegasus mount and other items that will improve your character.

Echo of Soul Ragnarok Launch Trailer

When the 2020 MMORPG came to an end on Steam, players lost all their progress without being able to do anything about it. At the end of the Steam version, the saves have not been transferred. Gamigo promised from the start that such a thing would never happen again.

What is this game anyway? Echo of Soul is a classic theme park MMORPG that offers players a mix of PvE and PvP. Complete missions and go through raids, dungeons, arena battles and guild battles.

The peculiarity of the game is the soul system. In battle you get souls and you can use them to customize your character.
